Program Description

Event Details

Have you ever wondered where your family comes from? Ever questioned why or when your great-grandparents moved from their home country to the United States? Or do just wonder where you came from? If yes, then you've taken the first steps to uncover your family's history. Join us to learn how to start uncovering the clues to tell your family's story. Topics we will learn about include conducting family interviews, creating a family tree,  searching for historical records and more. This event is for beginners who are looking to learn more about their family's geneaology.

This event is presented by Lynne Pelletier, a member of the North Smithfield Heritage Association and amateur geneaologist.
