“Let Your Yoga Dance” is an exhilarating approach to body-spirit fitness that incorporates elements of yoga, dance, movement therapy and Qi Kung with rhythms of music from around the world. It is appropriate for all fitness levels. Yoga dance promotes cardiovascular fitness, toning, and flexibility, it relieves stress and tension, participants can make the class as vigorous or as gentle as they choose.
PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT WITH YOU.
